Closet Doors Depot .com guarantees its Mirror Door line to the original purchaser to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the product's life. If the product fails, we will at our option, repair or replace it with a comparable product we sell at that time. Closet Doors Depot .com will not be liable for any labor charges incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of a product.
Closet Doors Depot .com's sole responsibility is set forth above. IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOSET DOORS DEPOT .com BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTIBILITY. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION HEREOF.
All Closet Doors Depot .com's closet doors comply with U.S. Government safety standards-16 CF 1201, category 11 400# impact test along with ANSI 297.1 and UBC 5406.
This warranty does not cover:
1) Mirror crack or breakage
2) Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence or accident occurring after installation
3) Damage resulting from foreign matter in the bottom track, on the back or edges of the door
4) Damage due to use outside normal architectural requirements or within five(5) miles from the ocean, or rust caused by atmospheric conditions
5) Defects resulting from any modification or installation made by anyone other than Closet Doors Depot .com
If it becomes necessary for you to request service under this warranty, please write to: The Warranty Department at 7108 Katella Avenue PMB #407, Stanton, CA 90680-2803. Please include a brief description of the problem, your name, address, telephone number, date of purchase and/or invoice number. From the information given, we will be able to determine whether the claim is within warranty and will contact you by return mail or telephone. |
